New Hotel Lafayette - Paris

The room had a great view, but we moved three times in two nights.

The food was OUTSTANDING and the staff was extremely friendly.

the setting was stunning, very close to galleries lafayette and opera and resturants and a supermarket. before bed i went to l'atelier saisonnier for a nightcap, it's near the hotel. the room i booked was been nicely refurbished in bright contemporary...  

The room was stylish and clean, perfect for a quick getaway with friends. The bathroom was quite small. A lovely stay 😊

The staff at the reception were very careful and attentive. Many thanks to Ahmid for my upgrade.

The chairs and tables outside (inner courtyard) could get "more attention" after rain. They also looked as if they had not been wiped or cleaned for a long time. I still look at it with a twinkle in my eye.

food typical french, good location, nevertheless quiet

The location makes it easy to access various sites around the area. The breakfast selection offers a decent variety, keeping mornings interesting.

The small double room felt cramped, and the bed wasn't comfortable for two. A persistent noise from the vents disturbed our sleep throughout the night, and the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired.

The breakfast was surprisingly high quality and fresh. Baquette crispy and jam and co. all without plastic wrapping. Breakfast time went till 12 o'clock - great!

In the bathroom, the silicone joints on the bathtub and sink were stained, so they urgently needed to be replaced.

A charming stay in Paris

I loved the modern décor and cleanliness of my room with a good view. The staff was friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.

The hotel was cheap, very clean. Even the room was too small for triple bedroom that I chose. They give two bedrom designed for triple bedroom. Staff are fair helpfull

The staff was knowledgeable and very attentive.

The room was small but clean and well-decorated, and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and sausages. The super nice team, especially the guy at reception were really good 😊...  

Very friendly staff; breakfast was ok, the rooms are clean. Hotel in quiet location near Metro. Some of it is also easily accessible on foot.

The stuff was very kind and helpful when needed... There was no electic kettle in room, but when demanded at the reception, they brought me electric kettle with good supply of teas and coffes in room :) the location was great, 2 metro...
